Sometimes in order to win, you've got to play a little dirty. We came up with this rub designed for poultry perfection, and it was our first one to really take off. It's got a red peppery kick that'll make you keep your cold drink close, but a brown-sugary sweetness to keep you coming back for more. I have only used this rub one time after seeing a video by Kosmos which I link below. I substituted Meat church pecan rub and follow the recipe. Chicken Leg quarters came out very very good. These to make a great combination
